Jon Starry
Owner, CEO
Originally from Pennsylvania, Jon has proudly called Ruskin, FL, home for many years. As the owner of Steadfast Roofing, he is dedicated to helping homeowners protect their homes and values. Steadfast, by definition, means ‘unfailing’ – a quality Jon believes is paramount for every roof. He understands that a roof is a significant investment, serving as your home’s first line of defense. That’s why he is dedicated to providing the reliability and strength your home deserves. Alongside his beautiful wife, three kids, and their dog, Jon is an active member of The Crossing Church. He leads a men’s ministry called ‘Iron Men’ and serves on the safety team. Above all, Jon prioritizes being a devoted father, husband, and a darn-good roofer.
Richard Allard

Born and raised in St. Pete Florida. My grandfather became a contractor after serving the air-force for 20 years. He taught my dad and my dad taught me. For generations my family have been working with our hands and helping out the Tampa Bay Area. My father and his father always taught me to treat every home you work on like it’s your own, and treat people how you want to be treated. To honor the greatest father and grandfather in the world, I will serve you in all your roofing needs.

I grew up in small town Pennsylvania the oldest of three siblings. Life always seems to put me in a position where I was taking care of children and although I had four of my own I found joy in taking care of other people’s children as well. I do not come from a roofing background but rather one that put people first, caring for their pride and joy wasn’t always easy but with patience and love it was always rewarding. With that same attitude I have joined my husband in his roofing company, taking care of things on the back end ensuring that the home our customers love is always being taken care of.
